  • Adoption of updated Constitution. See Note 1 below

  • Adoption of Minutes from seventh AGM - Available here

  • Financial Report – Presentation of Accounts for 2019/2020 and 2020 / 21

  • Approve the appointment of an Examiner for the accounts for 2021 / 22

  • Election of Officers and Committee

NOTE 1 Updated Constitution
The National u3a Office has recently produced an updated version of their model constitution with the suggestion that the new constitution should be adopted by all u3a Groups. The most significant change from the previous constitution is the provision to hold Annual General Meetings on-line.
